Job Description: | Linium is hiring for an experienced Sales Manager to join a fast-growing, Capital Region firm. This position will involve a combination of managing/mentoring staff, assisting with the close of difficult deals and new business development. Our client is seeking a self-starting, high energy professional with managerial experience and a proven track record in sales. This individual must have the desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture. Responsibilities include training coaching and training full-cycle sales staff, forecasting, developing a strategic plan. This position offers a casual work environment and promotes work/life balance! Salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 depending upon experience. Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience: • Previous experience selling software as a service is required • Proven track record to drive the sales process from plan to close • Ability to coach and develop a sales team • Proficient with CRM software; Salesforce is a must |
