Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Linium is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a dynamic manufacturing organization in the Capital Region. This is a full-time opportunity, offering room for growth and a collaborative team environment. Pay for this role is $15.25 per hour. Candidates must be flexible to work 8 hours between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday as shift will be assigned upon hire. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and order requests • Assist customers with selecting products, placing orders, returning items, and paying invoices • Research any customer concerns and work to resolve issues • Apply a high level of customer service, problem solving skills and critical thinking to all inquiries • Document all conversations and use company database to maintain customer information Qualifications: • Associates degree or higher in Business or related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education • Minimum one (1) year of call center or professional customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs; knowledge of SAP is a plus
Salary: 31000 - 35500
