Job Description: | Linium is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for a professional engineering firm in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, offering $17-20 per hour, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Supporting Engineers, Project Managers, technical staff and client service leaders • Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports • Processing and following up on invoices • Providing outstanding service to clients and maintaining relationships with vendors • Making travel arrangements, updating calendars, and facilitating meetings • General office duties including answering phones, distributing mail, ordering office supplies • Other tasks as assigned Successful candidates will have the following skills, education and experience: • Associates degree or higher preferred • 5+ years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant role • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite • Previous experience working for an engineering firm a plus • Exceptional organization and communication skills |
